A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than two hours before the scheduled pick up time in the Atlanta metropolitan area. All out of state pick-ups require four hours notice. Access Atlanta Limousines is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill our client's needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients.
No-Show Policy
A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on reservations for weddings, proms and night on the town. A credit card authorization form is required when reservations are accepted.
Payment Procedures
Cash or credit card (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Access Atlanta Limousines by the client, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the client and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, gratuity and cellular telephone charges. Upon credit approval, subject to minimum $ 2,000.00 per month volume for Corporate Billing Accounts, Access Atlanta Limousines will invoice clients upon completion of the reserved chauffeured transportation with payment due within twenty (20) days of date of invoice. There is a Grace Period or Free Ride Period and no finance charge if Client pays the entire balance within twenty (20) days of date of invoice. After twenty (20) days an eighteen percent (18%) finance charge will be applied to the bill. Invoicing is contingent upon an executed Credit Card Authorization Form to be held on file to apply charges not honored in a timely manner.
Reservation Method
Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Reservations, changes, or cancellations may be made by calling our reservation numbers 770-592-5275. In addition, reservations can be made via fax at 770-516-1983. Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24-hour notice is subject to availability. It is suggested that the Client supplies Access Atlanta Limousine’s number to all traveling passengers.
Special Amenities
Our professional Chauffeurs provide cold soft drinks, bottled water and snack items for all travelers. The current days' newspaper is available upon request.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Access Atlanta Limousines and Client each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs arising from the defense of any claim, action, cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act taken or committed by Access Atlanta Limousines or Client pursuant to the performance of each party's obligations hereunder. Access Atlanta Limousines and Client each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party for any claim, action, cause of action, and liabilities which may be asserted by third parties arising out of the performance of either party's obligations pursuant to this contract, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
Insurance
Access Atlanta Limousines and Client shall obtain and maintain and provide evidence of insurance upon request in amounts sufficient to provide coverage for any liabilities arising out of or resulting from the respective obligations pursuant to this agreement.
Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute concerning the quality of service and / or any incidents thereto, the parties agree that they shall resolve such dispute by good faith negotiation or common law binding arbitration.
Waiver
If one party agrees to waive its right to enforce any term of this agreement, it does not waive its right to enforce such term or any or all other terms of this agreement at any other time. Access Atlanta Limousines does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such conditions. Access Atlanta Limousines reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle in the event of such an occurrence mentioned above with a vehicle of like kind and quality. Client waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the costs accrued to Access Atlanta Limousines for the disputed service.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia. If any provision of the contract is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Attorney's Fees
In the event any legal action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and expenses.
Acceptance
If agreement as stated above meets with the approval of Client, it will be considered accepted in its entirety unless written notice is received within 5 days by Access Atlanta Limousines.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:As seen on the trip ticket
For and in consideration of the mutual premises herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Access Atlanta Limousines and Transportation Service's vehicles are kept in top condition by our staff and it is of the paramount importance that all clients act in a responsible manner to preserve the condition of the vehicles.
2. There is absolutely No Smoking of any kind in the vehicles. If CLIENT smokes then there will be a $300.00 fine charged to the credit card on file.
3. CLIENT is responsible for his/her guest in every regard. CLIENT assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to the vehicle or property caused by CLIENT and his/her guests, whether caused by accident, neglect or intent; to include all spills, burns, rips, tears, or damage to the television, stereo or other equipment. CLIENT authorizes Access Atlanta Limousines and Transportation Services to charge credit card on file to cover damage costs or any other dues accumulated from the service rendered, at end of charter (Cigarette burns: $300, Broken/Missing Glass Wear: $25, Vomiting: $250 (Clean up fee), Broken Ceiling Lights: $25, Blown Speaker: $100 each, Blown Subwoofer: $150, Hole in Seat: $500.00, Spilled Drink: $50 (Clean up fee), Broken Electonics (i.e. Stereo, TV, DVD) Pay cost of Replacement.
4. CLIENT assumes responsibility for any over time fees.
5. Access Atlanta Limousines and Transportation Services and their drivers assume no responsibility for any left articles in the vehicle at any time during or after the time in service with CLIENT.
6. CLIENT agrees that if anyone in the party is found using any illegal drugs, fighting, or any other conduct, considered inappropriate by the chauffeur, the chauffeur is under strict order to return all passengers to the starting point or the drop off point immediately without refund.
7. CLIENT agrees that the Access Atlanta Limousine and Transportation Services, LLC, shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of Access Atlanta Limousine and Transportation Services, LLC, inability to perform due to inclement weather, mechanical or electrical difficulties, delays due to traffic conditions, or any unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the Access Atlanta Limousine and Transportation Services, LLC.
8. In the event of a dispute on this Agreement or any charges, the parties agree that Georgia Law should apply and that such dispute shall be resolved in the Courts of CHEROKEE County, Georgia.
9. CLIENT hereby authorizes Access Atlanta Limousine and Transportation Services, LLC, to charge a 25% deposit, to the credit card on file, at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable. Client understands that the Access Atlanta Limousine and Transportation Services, LLC, does not give refunds at anytime.
10. While in or around the vehicle, it is the CLIENTS responsibility to maintain good order and discipline.
